Do you have a reason for multi-posting every single message you send?

The original sender is unknown. Any address shown in the From header
is unverified. You need a valid hashcash token to post to groups other
than alt.test and alt.anonymous.messages. Visit www.panta-rhei.dyndns.org
for abuse and hashcash info.

Not a problem with Mixminion. Perhaps the constant testing to this group?

I agree with that one. I personally do a fair amount of testing, but I either
keep my tests to test groups or the 'tests' are in the form of real messages in
whatever group. I think It'd be nice if everybody did the same.
