Hi all !

As you have already discovered the Panta Rhei remailer is back.

All systems on the remailer have been started, but there are still some
issues with the DNS for the nymserver.

I see that the remailer services work, could someone please test the
nymserver ?

Also, if there are any other problems please let me know !

I hope everything works well,
Cheers,
panta-admin

No luck, I tried sending one this AM, and another about 2.5 hours ago,
shortly after your post appeared.

I assume that 'Unrouteable address' is a DNS issue?

So do I -- out of eleven emails sent through the blackhole nym server
yesterday via eleven different 2-remailer chains, not one arrived. Out
of four sent today via four *single*-remailer chains, only one has shown
up so far. And I can't reconfigure my nym.alias.net reply block. I'm going
distracted!

You moved to Austria? England mourns your departure

Does the nym server still have the same keys?
If your computer had to be delivered to you in
your new country it could have been tampered
with on route?

Welcome back.

Because of recent events:

The nymserver and remailer have the same keys as before the move.
The machine is the same machine, the hd is the same hd.
It was unplugged in england, travelled with me in the car the whole way.
Its set up in my flat here, under direct physical control of me.

The remailer runs on an encrypted hard drive which contains all remailer
binaries, data and keys.
Neiter the password for the encrypted hard drive nor the password for the
remailer keys is stored permanently anywhere else than in my gray matter.
Machine is a Win2k server from a pre-911 CD with no updates ever applied.
Firewall is up, only necessary ports open, only known applications allowed,
machine has no keyboard, mouse or screen, windoze desktop is locked.
Machine is dedicated to the remailer, no other software is installed, I.E.
was never even started.
Machine is remote controlled via PK authenticated and encrypted PCAnywhere
or SSH.

I agree that Windows is the primary source of concern at Panta Rhei.
If I get Reliable running in Wine it will be removed in the future.

I hope this helps,
Cheers,
panta-admin
PS: unfortunately still having connectivity and dns problems
