You ignore my challenge. what's the matter? You actually find out
that you CANT DO IT like I've been telling you?
The challenge stands:
Trace this post back to my ISP account and give me a phone
call to let me know that you have found me.
Please excuse me if I don't hold my breath waiting. *cackle*

Of course your challenge will be ignored. He doesn't work for the FBI and
he hasn't seized any remailer's HDs. He's been told he's full of crap over
and over and still insists he can trace remailed messages. Notice how he
never provides any proof he traced anything anywhere through any remail
system.

Hey CR;
Those type II mixmaster remailers are often out of the country, and the
hard drives have no logs (and unused bytes are constantly zeroed out). I
have used the following quite successfully:
https://mixmaster.autistici.org/cgi...xemail-user.cgi
https://riot.eu.org/anon/remailer.html
http://www.gilc.org/speech/anonymous/remailer.html
AARG posts the broken type II chains every day:
http://www.aarg.net/remailer/mlist.html
Additionally, if they have any data that would be considered incriminating,
those exist within Safehouse (http://www.pcdynamics.com/SafeHouse/). My MP3
files exist in volumes with Blowfish 448 bit encryption. To put that in
perspective, a Cray Supercomputer would take 149 trillion years to crack a
128 bit Twofish encryption. I swear by Safehouse. The product is free
to try, and I think I spent like $39 when I finally decided to buy it.
And it is so simple, I have taught my children (ages 11 through 17) how to
keep their MP3's in Safehouse volumes; and it took me less than 5 minutes
to show them how every portion of it works.

$$ Yes, I read about them and have some idea how they work. I know this BS
artists is lying, but then nothing new there. If I mentioned I had an
Earthlink or Comcast account he'd claim he traced them to a windsong account
at Earthlink or Comcast. ;-)

$$ I have about 3000 MP3 files but they're all music. ??? Encrypted music?

$$ MP3s? You *do* mean music files, right? Why would you encrypt them? I'm
just curious?!?!?! I have nothing incriminating on my PC so would have
nothing to encrypt. But just out of curiosity I'll check out the sites
above - THANKS! :-)
PS are you posting from the alt.talk.creation NG?

No, no. You make an encrypted drive. It makes one file on your C drive;
that is just one single encrypted file. You double click on the file, and
it asks for a password. You enter your password; and up pops a new drive
(drive E, lets say). You put your music in that drive E. When you want
to listen, you open that encrypted file; and when you are done listening,
you lock the E drive again and it goes away. This way, if tomorrow the
RIAA and FBI took your computer; you have no peer-to-peer files that they
can see. All your MP3s, AVIs, MPGs, and even e-books are locked away.
I have about 5,000 songs and 100 movies. I got them on WinMX, KazaaLite,
and Limewire; for the most part.

Friggin RIAA has been on a roll lately. They go into your house, find the
MP3, and if it does not correspond to a CD sitting in your CD rack; you
owe them $10K per song and end up with a criminal record. Google "RIAA
piracy" or "RIAA piracy arrest" and see the horror stories of American
rights being violated. They come into your house, take your computer, and
you end up spending your life savings trying to save yourself from jail
time.

$$ I can hardly believe this. I do admit I haven't kept up with what the
RIAA has been doing lately. Since I don't care for the new music these days
I haven't kept up........
Sitting in our CD racks? What if you rip your CDs to your HD then sell them
at a flea market or simply give them away? Who hasn't done that? Do they
expect people to keep every CD they ever bought now as proof they didn't
download illegally? Geeze, what about sharing with a friend - he rips your
CDs to his/her HD and you rip his/hers to yours? I used to share tapes
(make copies) with friends for ages and we never heard about any of this
bullsh*t. It's becoming a POLICE STATE! :-(

The RIAA has judges in their pocket. If they suspect you uploaded or
downloaded a song from the internet; that is all they need to get a judge's
order.

The other week, a woman was on the news crying. Her 12 year old daughter
downloaded a few songs from the internet; so the RIAA and our US Federal
Govermnet kicked in her front door, confiscated her computer and all her
music CD's; and threw her and her daughter in jail. They made bail; but
the court found that since a few songs on ther daughter's hard drive did not
come from her CD collection; she owed $50K plus court fees (and her own
lawyer fees) and was labeled a convicted felon.

Once you sell the original CD, it is the RIAA and US Government position
that you sold rights to own archival backups.

Yes.

Class 2 Federal Felony. Illegal copying of copywrited media for other than
archival purposes.

As hard as this is to believe, I do believe it. However I don't think this
abuse of power by the powers that be will stop people from downloading music
and movies. The last time I checked WinMX there were hundreds of people
sharing........

Very interesting, thanks. I have complete faith that the devoted
downloaders will find ways around the law. From what I understand the RIAA
is now flooding the programs like WinMX with fake files. People will find a
way around that as well I'm sure.
