No we can't. When he first stated that he had to block newsgroups
he was very upfront about exactly what it was that he had to block
to continue to run his remailer. I see no reason to suspect that
he's secretly blocking newsgroups without telling anybody. The OP
needs to tell us which newsgroup he thinks is blocked.
