I use QickSilver to create a NYM via nym.alias.net I create one and
get the confirmation messgae. I then use QS to send email with my
nym.alias.net nym but the messages never show up or get sent.

After 90 days, I get an email from nym.alias.net that my nym is
expiring and I need to send a piece of email thru it.
I do this and the nym renews, but then I'm back to
email not getting sent or delivered using the nym again.

What am I doing wrong? Should I not use a nym thru
nym.alias.net?

What is a reliable nym server to set a nym account up with then?

Thank you!

It is possible that your recipient or their ISP is blocking mail with
a nym.alias.net address.

Thank you for your reply. I know the ISP is not blocking the
nym.alias.net address--the mail just never arrives. I've even tried
sedning mail to myself and it never goes thru.

Any suggestions for a more reliable nym server?

A few years ago, nym.alias.net worked like clockwork for me and highly
reliable. Does anyone here use it now? Can you suggets a better one
perhaps? Thank you!

Panta seems to be one of the most reliable at the moment, judging from
what
I have seen posted in this group of late. I haven't had any problems
with
Hod but others report that they have. The rest I have no personal
experience with.

Try with blackhole (blackhole.riot.eu.org) but remember: I have lost mails with almost every nym server. Good luck.

Yes, Panta is very solid and I second the recommendation.

I sent test messages to and from my 3 Hod nyms after reading this and
they worked for the first time in over 2 months. Thanks for the prompt,
Thrasher. I hope Hod is up and running as usual again.Thrasher Admin wrote:
