Why not use the remailer network?

Send a signed email that includes a copy of your key to the anongold
exchange. State how much credit you need.

An answer will appear in aam encrypted to your key. The answer will
include instructions for payment, which will include a premium for the
service.

Send payment - cash, money order, whatever makes sense and is acceptable,
to the anonogold snailmail address.

They will set up your account and inform you via another email to aam.
When you buy something you do it by referring to your anongold account.
You authorize payments by anonymous, signed email to anongold.
