QuickSilver (and the version of Mixmaster it requires) can be downloaded
from ftp://ftp.quicksilvermail.net/pub/quicksilver - Just get the latest
version of QS and whatever modules you require.
Reliable and a compatible version of Mixmaster cad be downloaded from
http://www.panta-rhei.eu.org/downloads/

'scuse me.. looks to me like the O.P. is wanting to run a remailer, not just a client program. in which case his choice is Mixmaster, Reliable, or a hybrid of Reliable with Mixmaster. Partly depends on his OS because Reliable doesn't run on *nix that I k
now of.
He'd also be well advised to have a thick skin and a working brain
