I am using tor on both a high speed network and on a dialup. For either,
I frequently see:

[Notice] connection_ap_expire_beginning(): Stream is 15 seconds late on
address '[scrubbed]'. Retrying.

followed by:

[Notice] circuit_log_path(): exit circ (length 3, exit server0):
server1(open) server2(open) server0(open)

I get a bunch of these and the connection slows to a crawl. I get many
more on dialup than I do on high speed. What do they mean and what can I
do to speed up Tor, which is PAINFULLY SLOWWWWW.
