I can't get my Tor server working.

Windows XP

Before going any further, you must learn what an IP address
is. Google around a bit, and the veil of darkness will shear
in the middle.

You don't need privoxy to run a tor server. By the time the info gets to
you it is already too late for the sender to have his info stripped.

I'm using my IP adress, not 99.999.999.999.
