I've answered this question numerous times already. Why not just test
them for yourself? All you have to do is send an email to (for example)
mail2news@dizum.com with a header of:-
Newsgroups: alt.test
If your email shows up in alt.test then that mail2news is working.

Then you are doing something wrong.
