Remailers supporting crossposting to 3 or more groups?

| Which remailers support crossposting to 3 or more newsgroups? I
can understand the ones that run reliable from the thsauraus at
Noreply, but I can't understand the others. Sorry for the dumb
question.
For instance:
Dingo
Crosspost Maximum: 3
I can understand that Dingo supports 3 crossposts (I know it is
not a full exit, but the anon post directive works)
Antani
/^Newsgroups:.*,.*,.*,.*,.*,/ => delete message
What does that mean? Does that mean it supports 5 crossposts?

Yes, the '.*' are a form of wildcard so it basically says, if a
Newsgroups header contains 5 commas, then delete it.
