page. If you post to it through Tor/Privoxy, is it equivalent to using
regular Mixmaster clients?

Pretty good, but not quite as good as using a Mixmaster client. The
low-latency nature of Tor makes it more vulnerable to some attacks than
high-latency Mixmaster. Providing you aren't attracting the attention
of a very powerfull adversary, I'd say it's good enough.
