Frell's mixmaster stats for example show twisty with
a 10 min delay.

Since no one knowledgeable answered, I'll take a guess... I think the stats
are compiled over a relatively long period of time, so the stats from when
twisty was working are combined with stats from the time twisty's not
working. The stats will keep dropping until the average is zero. I looked
at stats today that showed twisty was dying.

Too bad... twisty did a good job.
