Anyone with 10 spare minutes can Google this whacko and find out he's
been preaching fringe lunatic Militia type nonsense for years. He was
under investigation for this same sort of crap for a long time. They
knew who to go after because Spicka outed himself on sites like
FreeRepublic and select IRC channels, not because some cabal that
exists only in the fevered imagination of a similar but distinctly less
motivated Spicka caliber loon managed to back trace a remailed threat.
