We are pretty sure that ISPs will shut you down. You can be sure that we will be very creative with the complaints we will raise. There are things almost no ISP will tolerate. It is not necessary to tell your ISP that you are running a remailer. There are
much more nasty things we can do. Just think a little bit about what we can do and tell the ISPs that you have done.

And there are many other things we can do with those remops mobbing eelbash. Just think about what informations you can get from WhoIs and what you can do with this.
