Not even close. They're targeting people randomly based in nothing more
than IP address in most cases. Several people they've served don't even
HAVE any illegal music on their machines, so there's nothing to share.
They either downloaded it and got rid of it, or they got caught up in some
dynamic IP bullshit and never had anything to do with it at all.
