What are the risks of using the same exit remailer?

Just as secure as posting to the same group each time. You just lose one
hop IMHO. Especially if you are using Eelbash as you last hop :-)

Depends on who you are protecting yourself against. Against spammers
remailers do a remarkable job :-)
