I changed the script to allow downloading from up to 5 newsgroups at a
time, each one being checked for a different Subject or From header.
You can also download all messages if you like.
It's a Python script which may run in windows if you have a python
interpreter.
Get NSAGET at eelbash.org. Follow the 'scripts' link to nsaget.
No guarantees. Use at your own risk.
Please ask questions and make comments here.

What does the script do? You haven't mentioned it before that I can
see.
The title of it sounds worrying.

I'm not sure my reply got out so here it is again.
The script is for somebody who doesn't usually read a newsgroup or
newsgroups, but wants to follow a particular thread, or messages from a
particular sender.
so you specify up to 5 newsgroups, and for each one, a subject or part of
a subject, or a From header or part of one.
Each time you run it, it will download any new messages since the last
time you ran it, that contain the subject you specified or that are by the
author you specified.

The name should be the least of your worries. Don't forget for a second
that this admitted message voyeur is asking you to hand over a valid email
address so that your anonymity is totally and completely clusterXXXXed.
This has to be the absolute WORST gimmick Eeltard has come up with so far.
Use it, and you willfully hand over your anonymity for all time. Once the
XXXXX has you profiled any other groups you might read and post to in the
usual way are lost too. You can bet your last nickel your posting style,
position on issues, headers (remailer/gateway choices etc.), and every
other scrap of information that might leak past the remailer network will
be cataloged and associated with even a SINGLE use of this snoopers dream
service.
Scarth doesn't have a life people. You can Google her posting profile and
see that. Along with the times she's both admitted to and been busted at
snooping and mishandling traffic flowing through her remailer, and the
underhanded attempts to run multiple remailers (a lesson learned from FA),
there should be no doubt in ANYONE'S mind that she already has an
impressive database of every anonymous poster in this, and probably a lot
of other groups. I'd bet if you use this service ONCE you're toast.

ACK!
Anyone who goes anywhere near eeltrash in any way is a fool. Not to
mention anyone that would give the clown access to anything in the clear
like a real email address even if it's anonymous. You have no idea what
will happen to it, No reason to trust him, and every reason not to.
