Does anyone know of a GOOD proxy site out there
where I can search for proxies by country. I would like
to listen to the upcoming Commonwealth Games, but
the BBC, unlike last time, are restricting the audio
streams to those in the UK, and I would like to be
able to listen from here in the USA, but I need to find
a good reliable list of open HTTP proxies in the UK
to circumvent their geographical restrictions.

It's a little late now, but Tor has many nodes located in the United
Kingdom. You could specify one of them as the exit node if you're
using Tor, using the node.exit syntax. Like this:
http://www.bbc.co.uk.node.exit
You'd need to look at the web page linked to from the Tor site that
lists the countries the nodes are in, and pick one.
