There is no such thing. It is a running joke. There is some idiot wad of
crap who likes to scare newbies with made-up pseudo technical gibberish. He
also likes to forge posts from Jack B Nymble's author. He recently became
fixated on TOR.

You can either ignore him, or join us in mocking him.
