OK, austria is up again since today. pls note that it's still marked
as "testing" in the capstring, as the old disk is completely dead, so
everything is rebuilt from scratch.

I'll try to go into "full production" next week.

Yup, given that RSA needs IDEA and that is encumbered by patents.

If anyone can give a valid _technical_ reason to support it, I would
reconsider my decision.
