Yes, you're right, it's PC Firewall:

But I haven't downloaded and installed this product.

My firewall is simply Windows Firewall shipped with XP SP2. I disabled this
firewall, but even then I couldn't connect to mail.planet.nl. But Outlook
has no trouble connecting to it, I can send any email with email with
Outlook. So it must have something to do with the configuration of
QuickSilver imho.
