Author Will JBN2 Work with Windows XP?

I used JBN2 with Win 9.X in the past and it worked just fine. I
recently installed it on my current Win XP system and it will
not run. When executed it gives the error message "component
COMCTL32.OCX or one of its dependencies not correctly
registered: a file missing or invalid."

Is there a workaround for this? Is anyone here successfully
using JBN2 with WinXP?

Thanks in advance for any replies.
