I'm sorry to hear that. There are no problems that I'm aware of at this
time.
There is insuffucient information in your post to even hazard a guess. Were
they sent Anon-Post-To:? Addressed to a M2N gateway? Target newsgroup?
Of course there is the problem that Dingo is not an exit remailer, unless
your destination is usenet. Perhaps that is it?

Are we assuming you're sending regular email rather than posting to Usenet?
If so, keep in mind that Dingo is middleman-only *except* when posting to
Usenet. Regular email will be randhopped.
I have one email account which is incapable of receiving mail from
Bigapple. Otherwise it's stalwart.
Both Dingo and Bigapple are always spectacularly reliable when it come to
Usenet posting, at least for me.
