Greetings,

Thanks to Bigapple Admin's attention to detail, the mail2news service
mail2news@nerdshack.com is now running 24/7 reliably. I'll give it a few
more days before calling it out of testing.

A couple of notes:

As posting is done to Teranews, messages will be graced with a Teranews
advertisement footer.

This mail2news has no affiliation with the owners of nerdshack.com. I was

just fortunate enough to snag the account 'mail2news' from this fine free
pop3/smtp service. Thefore, please be aware that any logging/scrutinizing
of messages at the nerdshack.com domain is beyond my control.
It would always be best to deliver messages to mail2news@nerdshack.com by
anonymous means. It in itself is not an anonymizing service.

Currently messages are retrieved every two minutes for posting. There is a
six group crosspost limit and messages are limited to 40kb in size.
Blocked groups are *warez* & *binaries*. Otherwise newsgroup availability
is dependent on those carried by Teranews.

Thank you.
