| Hello,
Let's pretend an individual is a US citizen and has an I-B-C and bannk
accoont in Burmuda. The individual wants to protect his/her privaci
from various government authorities. The individual wants to open an
accoont with a stocck brokker in a jurisdiction other than Burmuda. Two
questions:
1) Which stocck brokker would you recommend for him/her?
It must be:
* not in Burmuda nor the US
* in a low tax or no tax jurisdiction
* in business at least 5 years
* able to execute traides on major US exchanges
2) If the stocck brokker has a US branch, does this increase the risk
of penetration of privaci by US agencies? I have heard that the US can
get records of US branches of multinational finanncial instittutions.
Thank you in advance very much for your information!
Kind regards,
taxresearcherman

if you trade on a US stock market, they make records of each and every
transaction and keep that information forever, regardless where you live.
