Sorry folks! Guess I shouldn't be so "cryptic". The cap string is:

cpunk max mix pgp pgponly repgp remix latent hash cut test ek ekx esub

You can get the string yourself by sending an email to
remailer@anonremailer.net with the subject remailer-key to get all the
info on the keys. I will be publishing an admin key shortly.
