Generic email client with facilities for nym server

| I use very often nym servers, so I'm searching for an email client
able to manage in a standard way the non crypted emails, but with
these features for the crypted emails:
SENT EMAIL
No auto-select of the keys to use. I want to manual select the keys to
crypt and to sign.
RECEIVED EMAIL
In the message list pane I should see the true Subject and the Author
of the non crypted email. Now infact I only see a long list of emails
without any Subject, and (as the author) the address of the nym
server.
I know that this feature will reduce the security of my mail, but I
can trust on the security of the room where is my PC.
