| Is news.usenetzone.com Down Again?
For past 2 months great service.
Now am getting error message - Connection refused 10061.
Suggestions?

I'm test driving www.octanews.com, give them a try. The customer service
seems excellent and they offer a secured connection at reasonable prices,
good block pricing, regards

However, usenetzone is FREE.
Because of bad experience with companies using credit card payments, I
now avoid them all.

You don't need to pay with a credit card at Octanews, they accept other
forms of payments and you can deal with them directly. Just another option
to consider, the information is on their web page.
