Are you asking the question as a remailer user sending messages or

Oh... it does not matter. When mixmaster is run as a remailer,
even if you are just a user, it will do basically what you describe above.
What is all this hullabaloo about Frell? It has always been a 6~8 hr remailer.
If users want fast then they should do something to MAXLAT.
