First, Frell's latency isn't so far out of line from the rest no matter
what you believe from misleading data and your incorrect assumptions.
Second, of course they are. It's a ridiclous question. The more
variance there is in bottom line latency the better it is for users.
Having both higher and lower latency remailers is essential.
