-----BEGIN TYPE III ANONYMOUS MESSAGE-----
Message-type: plaintext
Almost every time I run QS 1.2.6b2 the send stalls, and
I get a 'Wiping Error: unable to wipe file!' message. This
occurs even with SocksCap and Stunnel disabled. Any solutions?

I've seen it before, but never found the cause.

Try completely uninstalling QS. You must make sure the QS home
directory is deleted along with the files left after uninstall.
Before deleting the files, save QS.dbc (QS.pgp if in SecureMode) to a
safe location. I would expect a new install would solve the problem.
If so, then copy the QS.dbc/pgp back to the QS home dir.
