The freeware Sockscap 2.38 is only active for 60 days then
it expires. Is there a permanent alternative to use
with Stunnel?

Freecap is garbage.
It probably will not work on your
computer.
Stay with SocksCap instead.

Ditto. I've tried Freecap on Win98, Win2000, and WinXP over the
course of several years. I have NEVER gotten it to work. It
might work for some people, but never for me.
