That operator has in the past attempted to surreptitiously run
multiple remailers for the purposes of tracking and exposing remailer
users. And in deed even exposed one who was innocent.
That operator also has a long and colorful history of censoring and/or
modifying things he doesn't agree with, then ironically accusing
others of being "children" or "psychotic".
That operator has also launched vendetta attacks against other
remailer operators who refused to follow his lead and condemned his
actions, and initiated floods and harassment against groups like this
when his activities are exposed.
Many remailers and stats resources refuse to inter operate with or list
that operator's remailers because of these things, as do most users
shun him.
It's important to the remailer community that this person's activities
be known, in order to make the remailer network a safe, secure network.
And while it's not a "right" per say that users know the identities of
remailer operators, that information is both supportive to the cause of
security and anonymity, and not detrimental to the remailer or its
operator. There's no good reason from a technical perspective to
withhold it, and every reason not to.
