Unable to decrypt PGP message (C:\Reliable\Mail\Trash\ATMFNQZ1.ML0)"

| HOW CAN I FIX THIS ERROR ?
I am running the Reliable Panta Mod Remailer. I got several messages with
the following header having been put to the trash of my Reliable Remailer
with the error message
"WARNING Message sent to Trash folder
Unable to decrypt PGP message (C:\Reliable\Mail\Trash\ATMFNQZ1.ML0)"
The header is for example:

Some queries and making guesses...
Are these from
ONLY Bird Echolot pinger?
or
ONLY Echolot pingers?
or
Mixmaster* remailers and Echolot pingers?
*Mixmaster should be mostly OK as uses OpenSSL
Echolot uses GnuPG...
Since Echolot 2.1 NO --pgp2 for RSA pings
GnuPG "default" of --gnupg is NOT compatable with PGP2
If you do manually PROMPT>PGP C:\Reliable\Mail\Trash\ATMFNQZ1.ML0
result will be some error like: Bad or missing CTB_CKE byte.
You will probably get a lot of these.
Install (more) modern PGP and create DH/DSS key else you may be
"king" of broken type-I remailer chains.
While you are at it... convention is to put PGP keys above Mixmaster
keys in the remailer-key response (filename: config12.dat).
Again be wary of the "experts".
