blocks servers sending what they consider to be "large amounts of email"
without defining "large ammounts" where you can see it. BLACK

You need a different mail server for your remailer, your ISP's email
service will not do at all for use with a remailer. Since you are runnig
Reliable, you will be interested in Mercury32. it is a free mail server
program that does everything Reliable needs. Is not too hard to configure
so that it is NOT an open relay (SMTP AUTH easy to set up and require for
sending[except local, as in your remailer]).
