I have no idea whether the poster is right or wrong in what he says, but
he is so illiterate it is hard to take him seriously or even to understand
him.
You may think my complaint is pedantry, but this group is used by people
who need anonymity, some of them whistle-blowers, freedom fighters,
battered wives, battered husbands, victims of disease. God knows what else.
They need clear, accurate information, not illiterate venom.
