| Two things: Does anyone know of a site that has anonymous WORKABLE
proxies which can access online web pag building sites?
And secondly, can anyone recommend a software package which does offer a
high degree of anonymity which could also be used to build websites
online?
Please, I am not too computer literate in the anonymous realm.
Simplicity would be what I am looking for. Combinations of Tor and other
software etc. just aren't going to work for me, since if I did them to
work, I still wouldn't have any idea how anonymous I truly was! Some of
this stuff is just too time intensive on my system, let alone my memory
limitations.
Yes, I have been looking for weeks! ;-) Thus, anyone's knowledgeable
help would be much appreciated.
Finally, I have some very sensitive information which I need to go public
on, but cannot draw attention to myself ... in case anyone desires my
need for such things. Your help, shall be helping many innocent people.
Thank you.

I'm not that literate myself, but don't you just need a browser
and a connection that's anonymous?
Why not TOR? Either Vidalia Tor with Firefox or Torpark by
itself.
As for web site building software, you can do that offline, can't
you? And then upload the web pages to your site of choice.
Or are you asking for something more complicated, like some kind
of anonymous domain?

Might help if you defined "WORKABLE".
Anonymous open proxies aren't anonymous at all. Most of them are just
the opposite in fact.
Privacy services aren't anonymous even though some of them claim to be.
If you need real anonymity your choices are few because the Internet
just isn't designed for anonymity. For general purpose access in fact,
you're pretty much looking at Tor or Tor. ;)

Why don't you zip the web page and send it to a (binaries) newsgroup or
someone you trust! Note: remailers often filter zip files but that
doesn't mean it cannot be done!
Or put it up on freenet and post an anonymous message like you did here
which links to it. If it is really worthwhile other people will pick it
up and publish it for you.
Don't forget to sign with PGP or GPG if you want proof of your anonymous
identity!
Cypherpunk Nym servers like Panta's are not secure against governments.
Have you considered using a cybercafé in a big city to upload your
information?
Beware of camera's.
Take care,
Thomas

Beware of camera's recording of you going to the cybercafé.
