Where can I find an up-to-date mailtonews server list?

| Many of my posts are not making it out to the newsgroups. I'm using
mail2news@anon.lcs.mit.edu, mail2news@dizum.com on my To: line. I'd
like to see if I can get better results by choosing other mailtonews
servers.

Ones run by a content censoring XXXXwit:
