I kept it online for just an occasion such as this.
You will find the first question in the FAQ is the one you asked in your
subject. (also check out the cool pics of me one directory up, they have
been up there for ages but Eelbash Admin hasn't spotted them yet. Too
busy poo-slinging at me I guess. They are just *begging* for some
digital overhaul)
There are rumors that Eelbash is actually the third remailer run by
Frog-Admin (it replaces Azerty as Frog's second remailer, he always uses
two at the same time which he runs remotely at his 'friends' houses).
But noone can tell for sure due to the nature of the internet. The
similarities are striking however. Net abuse, monitoring, filtering,
censoring and outing.

I think that if you examine the headers you will find the post you
received came from http://eelmail.yi.org:8080/
Since Eelbash Admin is very proud of it. It is new. It was announced in

And since Eelbash Admin has negative IQ (yeah, it puzzles many
scientists how someone can score that low, but for Eelbash Admin nothing
is inpossible) ...
