Running JBN for years and just moved to xp from 98, now anytime I send
message that JBN needs to sign, I get an error about no permission.

How do I get JBN signing msgs again?

Well, I got it going again, but in order to do so I needed to run JBN as
Admin. There's got to be a fix that will let me run it as a user instead.
