Good Anonymous Remailers - Preferably Free?
|
|
| Ernst Zundholz 2007-03-10, 7:11 pm |
| Since QS seems to permanently out of service, and aioe and datemas seem to be
censoring psotings to newsgroups, can readers kindly recommend a good,
preferably FREE method of posting anonymously to newsgroups?
I am prepared to pay a small monthly amount, if absolutely necessary, but
alternatives that are free would be preferred.
Useful info greatly appreciated.

Since you have proven yourself too damn stupid to understand the
relationship between QS and individual remailers, any information provided
you would be wasted.

Use remailers with hand rolled content.
You need GPG (free), a text editor (you should have that or can get 1 for free) and an email client or use a free web mail client.
This takes a little time to master but you don't have to worry about obsolete or backdoored "anonymous" software. There are a lot of resources on the web on how to do it.
Good luck,

Why should anybody tell you? You'd only try to annoy us in alt.hacker even
more than you do now!

You forgot that TOR has been compromised because the lead
programmer, George W. Bush, didn't send in enough canadians.
I use the postal service.
Think about it, have they caught the anthrax mailer yet?

QS works just fine. If you're not seeing any of your posts arrive,
then you are probably having one of the following problems:
1. You are using a stats source that isn't updated or is unreliable.
Try www.noreply.org/allpingers/ to choose another one. Banana's stats
are very reliable.
2. The news service you read from is filtering out all remailer posts.
If this happens, your posts will still arrive but you won't see them.
Check another news source like Google or one of the many free news
servers.
3. You are using the program incorrectly. Maybe you aren't formatting
your messages correctly, maybe you're using mail2news servers that no
longer exist. Show us an example.

You'll only be using the Cpunk type I protocol then, which is much
less anonymous and secure than Mixmaster type II messages. You'll
also be in a much smaller anonymity set. Why would you want that?

Good point.
I use the "Remix-To:" directive (which uses the type II protocol) for the mailer -> mailer part of the chain.
My initial mail to the mailer is still type I but overall the security is good enough for my needs.

It is NOT a troll.
People really want to know, from people who know, what good alternatives
there are for anonymous posting to ngs.
Since conditions change constantly, so will the response.

The response just shifted from "You're off-topic in alt.hacker." to
"You're off-topic in alt.hacker, troll!"

Uh-uh, the response will always be: You're a putz.

Why, it makes a LoIq wannabe feel significant of course. He's "doing
something" to protect his turf. It's called chronic adolescent Usenet
mastrubation delusion.

So, tell me, asswipe, why you - and the others, are replying by
crossposting to a troublemaking hacker group?
ASSHOLES!
