Privacy.li keeps logs, their admin even admitted it when he said he was
tracing users to see where they came from.

Because the have to keep minimal logs at least so they can know who to bill
for what and be able to do something about abusers.

Also because Privacy li is not an anon server, it's a privacy service at
best and from all i've seen, a piss poor one at that.
