Hide IP in Email Messages Sent From Outlook

| First please excuse my dummy question because I am a beginner in this
subject.
How can I send an anonymous email using Outlook client and hide my IP
address from the recipient?
I have already read about remailers. I myself am running a web server
(Windows based). Is there any free software I can install on the
server that performs like a remailer?

If you want software that performs like a remailer, nothing will do that
job quite like running a remailer. Since you're on windows, I'd suggest
getting Reliable and Mixmaster and setting up a remailer. You can run
it as a private remailer to collect stats and use as a first hop for
your msgs.
