Since some people here run a server I though I would share the link to
my fav podcast for sysadmins:

The last episode is about Solaris, I have learn a great deal with it,
the guys are very good at explaining the stuff and I recommend it to
anyone interested in running servers, probably for beginners though.

My other fav podcast for Linux users Beginners/Intermediate, mainly a
