When I turn on Anonymizer Anonymous Surfing, my downloaded (http
protocol) .zip files with MS Internet Explorer 6 and 7 are corrupted
(extra bytes in the .zip file).
If I use Opera 9.1 or Firefox 1.5 or 2.0, the downloaded .zip files
are fine.

If I turn off Anonymizer, all the browsers can download the .zip files
fine.

Does this sound like a problem with MS Internet Explorer, or
Anonymizer's Proxy Server?

I am no expert but to me it sounds like it is neither. Maybe a coincidence?

I am just speculating...
