Pings show 100%, but exits show 0%. Could it be overload, from full "from"
header allowed?

panta's mix pinger is showing:
borked 00001001222? :28 ++++7+++7750 80.8% PR GO ATLEUIN9
all the other pingers show borked at 100% i guess it could be a problem
with the panta pinger?
