The winters remailer sits on a different machine than pobox. However
since I run both of them, I assume they are considered family.

Does Mixmaster respect such associations when selecting random chains?

I don't think so, so in my starex.txt file I put all but one remailer
of such a group.

I honestly pay tribute to every remailer admin for her marvelous
service. But what's the justification for such a mumbo-jumbo then?
Don't we need more indepentent remailer operators in additional
countries rather than more remailers per se?
