posts that you did not want to polute the archive. I have no reference
for this, it just seems to be an obvious purpose.
For example;
A discussion about networking code. In the thread, hacker A may use a
strange variable name. Hacker B responds with a joke, a fun post with no
technical merit. B uses X-No-Archive so that next year when he and
others are looking through the thread to understand why the code is the
way it is, they don't have to read silly jokes.
Remailers and other tricks are used if you want to hide who you are.

Wiki seems to say otherwise.
