Somehow I have no faith in PGP guessing the correct encoding inside the
ascii armor. You see, if a character is ISO-8859-1 in the sending news
client, and UTF-8 when it gets to PGP and then some other kind of
encoding at the receiving news client. Things will go amiss.
Not that you should be bothered by this. Your agenda in this group is
